Description:
Presented for your consideration is this neat U.S. military helmet from WWII. The helmet is a U.S. Army M1 helmet and is painted a military/camo green color with decals on the left and right sides as well as the front. The decals on the sides represent the 3rd Armored Division and the decal on the front represents the rank of Corporal Technician 5 Grade. On the back of the helmet is a solid white rectangle. Across the front is a thin, brown leather strap and across the back is a camo green canvas strap. The helmet is completed with the interior liner. Paint is all original on the helmet and the helmet is guaranteed to be old. Would make a great addition to any WWII or general military memorabilia collection!
Four small pieces of yellow tape were added to the interior of the helmet at one time. A small ding is in the top of the helmet and one is in the side. Light bending is in one area of the back bottom edge. General light wear from age and use. Overall in VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
Measures 11" deep, 9 1/2" wide and 6 3/4" tall.
