Our wheels are tested and exceed both domestic and international OEM specifications for load capacity, side impact as well as lateral and radial run out.
About the Finish:
Painted wheels are finished using a 4 stage process which exceeds all domestic and international OEM standards.
Chrome wheels are first polished prior to plating. Copper is
applied and hand buffed to eliminate small imperfections. Next is a nickel alloy layer that provides a hard and durable surface for the chrome to adhere. Finally a chrome alloy is applied which protects the nickel and gives the wheel a mirror like finish.
Our plating process meets or exceeds all OEM standards. Sample wheels from each batch are routinely subjected to rigorous testing (i.e. salt spray) to assure the finish will be durable look good for years to come.
