This is a rare March 13th, 1949 "Stagebill" playbill from the National Tour engagement of the ARNOLD B. HORWITT and RICHARD LEWINE musical revue "MAKE MINE MANHATTAN" at the New Great Northern Theatre in Chicago, Illinois. (The show opened January 15th, 1948 at the Broadhurst Theatre in New York City and ran for 429 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) ..... The production starred BERT LAHR (shown in the cover photo) and featured DAVID BURNS, BOB FOSSE, ERIC BROTHERSON, JEAN JONES, LOU WILLS, Jr., MARY ANN NILES (Mrs. Bob Fosse), ELEANOR BAGLEY, JESSIE ELLIOTT and EARL WILLIAM ..... CONDITION: With the exception of the date written on the back cover and light creasing, this playbill is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian.
