1964 Harley-Davidson Sportster

For sale with no reserve is a very nice mild custom 1964 Harley-Davidson XLCH 900cc ironhead Sportster. 4 speed kick start only. Less than 100 miles on rebuilt top and bottom end. 020 over bore, rebuilt generator and Zenith carburetor. Matching undamaged engine cases.New paint and emblems. Bike has been setting for two years and will need some work on the electrical wiring. I am 70 years old and had a hard time starting the bike on the magneto. I just could not turn it over fast enough to reliably start it so I began to switch it over to a coil and points ignition. Was an first kick starter for me with this set up with a battery on the garage floor but I never got around to installing a battery box and battery to make it rideable. I was going to use one of the new small lithium batterys. Magneto is included if you wish to go back to stock. Fatbob rear fender,tail light, leather dual seat and gauges are included as well. Lost interest in the project as I severely sprained my right ankle skiing and I fear my kick starting days are over.
